Reinventing a timeless craft into contemporary art. Each original work is hand-stitched by me. Each embroidery takes many hours to hand stitch. The lettering alone on a pet portrait can take over an hour!

WOOD PLAQUE :
A hangable wood decoration made of 1/2″-thick birch plywood, hand-painted. Takes 1-3 weeks.
Wanting to create whimsical wall decor that Alice in Wonderland would be proud of, it all started with the amanita muscaria wood plaque. The idea to turn a bedroom into a magical forest for young ones evolved into making fan art as well. I hand cut them out with my saws, sand them by hand and paint them by hand. A one-woman show!
